Hi! I’m Stefan Andjelkovic, a 5th year PhD student in the Joint Carnegie Mellon University and University of Pittsburgh PhD Program in Computational Biology, in MeLoDy Lab. My research is focused on automation of building (biological) network models, with emphasis on quantitative information extraction from previous experiments and textual records.
